A handsome vintage ceramic horse-head ornament attributed to Kilnestone Pottery, modelled as an oversized chess knight. Finished in a rich chestnut-brown glaze with a glossy black mane and flared pedestal base. The underside bears a faint impressed maker’s mark, believed to read Kilnestone. Height 27cm
